SZS series natural gas water tube steam boiler is arranged as drum longitudinal type “D” shape, the right side is furnace, the left side is convection bundle, has the characteristics of high steam quality, sufficient output, and high thermal efficiency (97%), etc.

Introduction
SZS series natural gas water tube steam boiler is arranged as drum longitudinal type “D” shape, the right side is furnace, the left side is convection bundle, has the characteristics of high steam quality, sufficient output, and high thermal efficiency (97%), etc. The structure of furnace water cooling wall and convection gas pass is membrane wall, have good sealability, and effectively reduce refractory brick quantity and maintenance workload. The layout of economizer at boiler tail could effectively reduces exhaust gas temperature and improve boiler thermal efficiency. The boiler could equipped with extra-low NOx emission burner, low pollution and operate quietly.

“D” Shaped Layout
Adopts double drums and “D” type layout, large radiant heating surface, and achieves higher thermal efficiency.
Membrane Water Wall
Uses membrane wall structure, has good sealability, could decrease the usage and maintenance load of insulation and refractory materials.
Good Insulation Effect
The boiler shell could use aluminium silicate board for heat preservation, the thickness of board is about 8cm, good insulation performance.
Improve Thermal Efficiency
The layout of economizer at boiler tail could effectively reduces exhaust gas temperature and improve boiler thermal efficiency (reach to about 97%)
Sufficient Output
The boiler has a surplus heating area and large enough steam water space to ensure sufficient and high quality steam output.
